He has managed and delivered large programs and projects, within budget and on schedule, in both federal and commercial sectors. He has led multiple Oracle EBS, BI and Retail implementations, re-implementations, upgrades (versions 10.7,11,11i,R12) and maintenance projects along with establishing and executing PMO and IV&V functions. He is a subject matter expert in Oracle EBS & BI along with and Financials, Supply Chain, Distribution, Retail, and CRM (eCommerce) business areas, and systems. He has established lasting relationships within the federal and commercial leadership community, due to his ability to build consensus and make progress in complex environments. He is also an expert in BI/Analytics division, one who understands Customer Requirements.
